Work in Progress pt1

Last week i spent a day at the Art-el gallery preparing some beautiful handmade canvases from Harris-Moore

Unboxing the canvases

Black acrylic backgrounds

Outdoors for spray painting

Blue sky fade across 3 canvases

First 3 canvases ready for painting.

Big love to Mike Art-el for sorting out the canvases, allowing me to use the space and being an inspiration. Keep an eye on this blog for more updates soon

New Work

So it feels appropriate to offer a little appology to my readers for the quietness of my blog of late, im afraid i have not been posting here for a while for numerous reasons but it really boils down to having so much to do elsewhere that must admit i have let it slip...

But that is due to change!

I am currently working on a new body of work that will be displayed later this year (more about that soon...) and will be documenting the process here. The work is based on an inward journey of self discovery and looks at the passage-way between boyhood and manhood - using a digital version of double exposure photography which i will turn into a series of paintings.

Keep an eye on this blog and the new website for regular updates and images to give you a taster of what is being produced.
